If we agree to exchange a product or a product return you must pay for shipping back to us (Due to possibility of cross contamination would have to destroy the item. No cash refunds, credit or exchange only.
We do have a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and not tampered with also in its original packaging.
You’ll will also need proof of purchase.
We cannot accept a return without first requesting it through our contact details provided.
Damages and Issues Please make sure to inspect your order upon receipt of delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if it’s the wrong item, you must contact us immediately.

After we receive your order, your products will be posted via Royal Mail or Evri. To receive your order faster, please ensure you have a non PO Box address as your shipping address and that your full address including postcode is clearly stated.
